Blood Pelt Bundle recipe is a reward from the level 1351 Wood Hunter quest.

To invent the blood pelt bundle you only need to collect 6 blood pelts which are dropped by the blood sniffer creature (level 1351, canine) who spawns in Myral Vale (White Wood Depths) (95%).

This DQ tends to pay out a reward of stam, - either max, current or reserve - so worth doing.
I invented the Paladir Elixir which was a fast, simple and cost effective way of completing this DQ.

Pythia suggested in global chat to invent the Mystic Pickaxe. I haven't personally tested this out as the drop rate is lower for the required item, as compared to the items needed for the Paladir Elixir.
