sending items Empty sending items

Not to long ago, the Helper would allow you to send all plants of a type with just a click - it would check all of that item. Mine is not allowing me to do so anymore, does anyone have any ideas?
I have seen the box that lists what items that you can send but no box to click to turn it on/off
