Defeat Champions or Defeat Elites

Leghra Fortress (Level 3) Leghra Deathspinner (Elite) - requires the deathspinner Slayer to be equipped

There is a short quest to get to both areas but both creatures also drop resources to make LE equipment that can be broken into frags

The Leghra Lair is past both of these quests for a good place to hunt the Leghra Deathspinner Queen (Legendary) - requires the deathspinner Armor to be equipped, but is always available to hunt.
